In my free time, I like to listen to music, go to the beach, and watch a movie in my house.

My mother’s name is Rita. She is 50 years old and she is from Paraíba. My father’s name is Severino but people call him Neto. He is 56 and he is from Paraíba, too. My sister is called Maria José, but people call her Pituca. I also have a nephew. His name is Vilyan. He is only 9.

Tell me about your routine

Every day I get up at 7 a.m., then I brush my teeth, have breakfast, and start work. I start work at 8 a.m. I sometimes have lunch at 11 and sometimes at 12. I usually go to my friend's house in the evening, so we order food and watch a movie on Netflix. I go to bed late. I sleep at 11:30 p.m. or at midnight.

What do you like to do in your free time?

In my free time, I like to go to my mother’s house with my son, watch a movie or tv series with my wife in my house, play soccer and play tennis.

My mother’s name is Socorro, she is 72 years old and she is from Upanema. My father’s name is Ananias, he died when I was 9 years old. My wife’s name is Marina and she is 29 years old. My son’s name is Miguel and he is 2 years old.

Tell me about your routine

Usually I get up at 6:30 a.m., then I prepare my son's milk, then my son’s babysitter arrives in my house, after that I have breakfast at 7 a.m. I go to work at 8 a.m. I have lunch at 12 everyday and I finish work g at 6 p.m. On Monday and Wednesday I play tennis at 9 p.m. at Ninho condominium. On Tuesday and Thursday I play soccer at 7 p.m. Everyday I go to bed late. I sleep at 11 p.m.

In my free time, I like to go to the beach, watch tv, and spend time with my children and my husband.

My mother's name is Aurea. She is 67 years old and she is from Dr. Severiano. My father's name is Alderir. He is 68 years old and he lives in Areia Branca. My brother is called Allysson Gideony. I also have a nephew. His name is Heitor. He is only 4. I have a sister-in-law. Her name is Lindeza. My husband's name is Afonso. He is 52 years old and he lives in Mossoro. I have three children. My older son is Arthur. He is 23 years old and lives in Natal. My daughter's name is Ayane. She is 21 years old nad lives in Mossoro. My youngest son's name is Athos. He is 17 years old and lives in Natal.

Tell me about your routine.

Every day I get up at 4 a.m., then I brush my teeth and I go to the gym, have breakfast, and start work. I start work at 7:30 a.m. until 12 p.m. and I have lunch at 12:30 p.m. I work from 1:30 pm to 4 p.m. I have dinner at 8, and I go to bed at 8:30. I sleep at 10:30 p.m.

Who are you?

My name is Karla Sandra Chaves, I'm 57 years old and I live in Limoeiro do Norte -Ceara.

What do you like doing in your free time?

In my free time I like to watch TV in my bedroom,  go to Fortaleza and I like to use my cellphone.

My parents have passed away. My mother's name was Terezinha. She was 77 years old. My father's name was João Batista. He was 72 years old. I have two brothers and one sister. My old brother is called Henrique. My young brother is called João. My sister's name is Tereza. I have  one son. My son's name is Luis Eduardo. He is 15 years old. He lives with me in a house in Limoeiro do Norte.

Tell me about your routine

I always get up early. I have breakfast at 6:40 a m.  And I go to the gym on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday . Sometimes I go to the supermarket to shop. I have lunch at 12 p.m.  I stay at home In the afternoon . In the evening I go to my aunt's house. I go to bed at 12 a.m.

In my free time I like to stay at home , surfing the net, cooking, listening to  music and I like traveling.

I live with my mother , because my parents are separated. My mother is 57 years old , she lives with me in Limoeiro. My father lives in Poconé. I don't have any brothers or sisters.

I go to school from Monday to Friday in the afternoon. 

I study in the morning and at night I relax , but on Tuesday evening I have English class.

My mother's name is Aliana, she's from Mossoró, and my father's name is Berg. He's from Tabuleiro.  I do not have brothers or sisters.  I have a dog and a cat. My dog ​​is called Antonela and my cat is called Cloe.

Every day I wake up at 06:40 a.m. and work from 07:40 a.m. until 02:00 a.m., I study during the afternoon and at 06:30 p.m.  I go to college, come home at 10:00 p.m.  and I sleep at 11:30 p.m.

Every weekday I get up at 5:00 a.m, then I brush my teeth, have a breakfast, and start my journey to  work, I start work at 7:00 a.m, I sometimes have lunch at 12:00 and sometimes at 1 p.m I finish at 5:00 p.m and I return to home. I have dinner at 8:00 p.m, I watch Tv. I go to bed at 9:00 p.m and I sleep at 10:00 p.m.

From Monday to Saturday, I get up at 6 a.m., so I brush my teeth and I take a shower. Then, I drink a shake for going to gym. Next, I have breakfast. Then, I start work at 8 a.m. I come back home at 12:30 p.m., and I have a lunch. In the afternoon, I go to work too. In the evening, I stay at home with my family.

I live in a small house with my wife, Selma, and a dog. His name is Colosso. My father’s name is José Hélio. My mother died five years ago. I have one brother and one sister and one nephew, Gabriel and one niece.

Tell me about your routine.

From Monday to Friday I wake up early, at 06:00 a.m. On Sartuday and Sunday I stay at home. I usually have breakfast at 07:30 am, and then I go to work by motorcycle. I start work at 08:00 am. I have lunch at 12:00 or 12:30 p.m. At 06:00 p.m. I finish work and I go back home. Usually, five or six days a week, I walk my dog. This makes him happy. I have dinner at 08:00 p.m., watch the news on TV then use my computer, and finally I go to bed at 12:00 a.m.
